Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how CVPK Digital Studio LLC, a limited liability company registered in New York, United States, operating as DK Studio ("DK Studio", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit dkstudio.ai (the "Site") or use the tools and forms on it.

Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you submit the contact form or a landing-page form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. When you use our interactive AI tool, we collect the text you enter (for example, a description of a business idea) and, if you ask us to send results, your email address. When you book a call through the embedded scheduling widget, the scheduling provider collects the booking details you give it.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect technical and usage data: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site. We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement, and Contentsquare for session analytics and heatmaps, which may record how you move through and interact with pages. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request;
- operate the interactive AI tool and return results to you;
- measure and improve the Site, its content, and its performance;
- send you marketing emails about DK Studio, where you have agreed to receive them or where permitted by law, and from which you can opt out at any time;
- protect the Site and our users against fraud, abuse, and security risks;
- comply with our legal obligations.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: your consent (for non-essential analytics and session recording, and for marketing where consent is required); the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request; and our legitimate interests in responding to you, operating and improving the Site, and keeping it secure.
The AI tool and third-party AI processing
Our interactive AI tool sends the text you enter to Google's Gemini API so the model can generate a response. That text is processed by Google as part of providing the API. Please do not enter sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or anything you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider into the tool.
Marketing emails and our mailing list
If you submit certain forms on the Site, your name and email address may be added to our mailing list, managed through Resend, so we can follow up with you and send occasional updates about DK Studio. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing hello@dkstudio.ai. Where the law requires prior consent for marketing, we will ask for it.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, only to provide their service to us:
- Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.
- Google — Google Analytics 4 (traffic analytics), Google Fonts (web fonts), and the Gemini API (processing of text entered into the AI tool).
- Contentsquare — session analytics and heatmaps.
- Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery and our mailing list.
- Calendly — call scheduling, when you use the booking widget.
- TinaCMS — content management for our articles.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
International data transfers
DK Studio is based in the United States, and several of our providers are located there. If you access the Site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US and UK extensions of the Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified, or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here: inquiry and form data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward; mailing-list data until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed; and analytics data for the retention periods set by the relevant provider. We then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion or correction, to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. Residents of other US states with privacy laws have similar rights.

Children
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
