AI AUTOMATION AGENCY

AI Automation Agency. n8n + LLMs in Production.

Marketing ops, sales workflows, customer service, content production, internal ops. We build them on n8n and Claude, document them, and train your team to extend them.

An AI automation agency builds workflows that run repetitive business tasks (marketing, sales, ops, customer service) using LLMs plus a workflow engine like n8n. We use n8n daily for our own work and ship retainer-based automation to clients. Most automations go live in 2 to 6 weeks.

WHAT YOU GET

Everything in the box.

Production workflows

Not a Notion mockup. Workflows that run on schedule, against your real data, with error handling.

n8n as the orchestration layer

Self-hostable, open-core, hireable. We pick n8n because it's what we use, not because someone paid us.

LLM integration where it earns its keep

Claude or GPT-4 in the right nodes, deterministic code in the rest. We do not LLM-everything.

Documented for handover

Each workflow comes with a runbook, an architecture note, and a video walkthrough.

Team training

Your team learns to extend workflows themselves. We don't sell dependency, we sell capability.

Our internal marketing agent runs DK Studio's content ops. Built on the same stack we sell.

THE PROCESS

How we build it.

1

Audit ops

Half a day. We map the manual work, count the hours, and find the highest-leverage workflows.

2

Build first 3

2 to 3 weeks. We ship the three highest-impact automations and prove ROI before scaling.

3

Scale + train

Weeks 4 to 6. Add more workflows, document, train your team to ship the next batch on their own.

4

Retainer

Optional. Ongoing maintenance plus 1 to 2 new workflows per month if you want us to keep extending.

PRICING

One-time setup or monthly retainer.

One-time builds typically run $5,000 to $25,000 for a batch of 3 to 8 workflows. Monthly retainers start at $3,000 for ongoing maintenance plus 1 to 2 new workflows per month.

Self-hosted n8n means no per-execution fees. We set up the infra so your costs don't scale linearly with volume.

FAQ

Common questions.

n8n is self-hostable, open-core, and has no per-execution pricing. Long-term it costs less. Zapier has more integrations and is easier for non-technical teams; Make has the slickest UI. We use n8n because it scales and we own the infra.
Yes. We audit, prioritise the ones worth keeping, and rebuild on n8n. Some workflows are fine to leave on Zapier (low volume, simple) and we say so. Migration for migration's sake is a tax.
OpenClaw is DK Studio's internal marketing agent. It runs content production, lead enrichment, social posting, and analytics. We built it for ourselves, on the same stack we sell. We use it as a live reference build for clients in the agency space.
Not for most workflows. n8n's UI is friendly enough that a marketing or ops person can extend the basics. For new workflows or complex integrations, you either hire someone with n8n experience or come back to us on retainer.
We deploy on your cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) or self-hosted on a $20-per-month DigitalOcean box, depending on volume. Or on n8n Cloud if you prefer managed. We discuss it during scoping.
