Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dkstudio.ai (the "Site") and the tools and content on it, operated by CVPK Digital Studio LLC, a New York limited liability company operating as DK Studio ("DK Studio", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About DK Studio and the Site
DK Studio is a product studio that builds AI products and software. The Site is an informational and marketing website: it describes our services, shows our work, publishes articles, and offers an interactive AI tool that generates idea-validation and planning output. The Site does not itself provide the paid services we offer; those are arranged separately under a written agreement.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site or its tools for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- scrape or harvest data from the Site except as expressly permitted;
- submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
- misrepresent AI-generated output as professional advice from DK Studio.
We may suspend or block access for any misuse.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and code, are owned by DK Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal and business reference, but you may not copy, republish, or exploit it commercially without our permission.
Your input and AI-generated output
When you enter text into the AI tool, you keep ownership of what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it. You grant us a limited license to process that input in order to operate the tool and generate a response, including transmitting it to our AI provider. The output the tool returns is generated by an AI model for your use; we make no claim of ownership over it, and we make no guarantee that it is unique, accurate, or free of third-party rights.
No professional advice
The AI tool and all content on the Site are provided for general information only. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. AI-generated output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Any decision you make based on the Site or the tool is your own, made at your own risk. Verify anything important independently before relying on it.
"As is", no warranties
The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DK Studio and its founders, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or its tools, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DK Studio against claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and embeds third-party services, such as a scheduling widget. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Changes
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, with the "last updated" date above reflecting the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and DK Studio regarding the Site, and they supersede any prior understanding on that subject.
