AI IMPLEMENTATION

AI Implementation Services. One Workflow, Live in the Systems You Already Run.

Your pilot worked in the demo and stalled on real data. We take one workflow from there to daily use inside the systems that hold your records, with numbers measured before and after.

AI implementation services take a use case or a stalled pilot and put it into daily use inside your existing systems. DK Studio triages each step, connects the workflow to your ERP or CRM, proves it with evals and a security review, and measures it against a baseline. A Production Sprint puts one workflow live in 6-8 weeks for $25,000-$60,000 fixed.

WHAT YOU GET

Everything in the box.

Use-case triage

Every step in the workflow gets a verdict: build it, buy it or delete it. Deleting a step is the cheapest automation there is.

Wired into your ERP and CRM

Invoices post to NetSuite or QuickBooks Online, and records update in Salesforce or HubSpot. Work gets picked up where it arrives, from a helpdesk queue or a shared inbox.

Evals with a pass mark

We agree a pass mark with you, then score the system against your own historical tickets or invoices. Go-live waits until it clears the mark. If it cannot clear the mark inside the Sprint, we stop and agree the next step with you in writing.

Security and data review first

Your IT or security lead reviews which data the model sees and where it is processed before the build starts, while changes are still cheap.

Rollout against a baseline

We measure time per item and error rate before we touch the workflow, then measure them again after go-live. The difference is the result, and you can check it yourself.

Adoption you can see

A workflow nobody uses is a failed project. We train the team on their own cases and track usage after go-live, so you know whether people trust it.

THE PROCESS

How we build it.

1

Triage

Deployment Diagnostic, 2-3 weeks. We map the one workflow you bring, such as accounts payable or support triage, and set its baseline. You leave with an eval plan and a fixed quote.

2

Integrate

Production Sprint, 6-8 weeks. A senior engineer works inside your team and builds the workflow against your ERP or CRM, with approvals routed to Slack or Teams.

3

Prove

Evals run on every change. In shadow mode the system drafts its answer on real cases while your team still decides, and we track how often the two agree.

4

Roll out

Go-live, measured against the baseline. Your engineers get a written handover, and the AI Team retainer can run the workflow after launch if you prefer.

PRICING

AI implementation pricing, fixed per workflow.

Project work starts with a Deployment Diagnostic: $7,500 fixed for 2-3 weeks, credited against the Production Sprint if you go ahead. The Sprint costs $25,000-$60,000 fixed and takes 6-8 weeks; we quote it at the end of the Diagnostic, once we know your systems and your exceptions. Want ongoing capacity? An Embedded Engineer, a senior DK engineer with the studio behind them, works inside your team 2-3 days a week for $16,000-$20,000 per month. Once the workflow is live, the AI Team retainer runs it from $3,000 per month.

Owners and founders still deciding what to build first need a different product: the five-day AI Readiness Audit, from $800. The Diagnostic assumes a process that already runs and systems to map.

FAQ

Common questions.

AI implementation services, sometimes sold as AI implementation consulting, cover everything between an idea or a stalled pilot and daily use. At DK Studio that means deciding which steps need AI at all, integration with the systems that hold your records, evals with an agreed pass mark, a security and data review, and a rollout measured against a baseline. Agentic AI implementation is the same work with more autonomy, so the evals and approvals matter more. Your team gets trained and your engineers get a written handover. The work is priced as a $7,500 fixed Diagnostic followed by a $25,000-$60,000 fixed Production Sprint.
Yes. The Deployment Diagnostic compares what the pilot built with what the real process needs, then tells you what to keep. Pilots stall for ordinary reasons: demo data with no system access, no baseline, no evals, a security review left to the end. If the right call is to kill the pilot, the Diagnostic says so, and finding out costs $7,500.
Pick a workflow with real volume and one person who owns it. Good first candidates are accounts payable, support triage, sales ops data entry and document intake, because the same task comes back again and again, with a cost you can measure. Start where a wrong answer is cheap to catch, and save the riskiest process for later. Still choosing? That is what the five-day AI Readiness Audit, from $800, is for. The Diagnostic starts once the workflow is picked.
Yes. We build against their APIs so the workflow reads and writes the same records your team uses. Integration is where projects get hard: in RSM's July 2026 survey of 1,030 middle-market companies in the US and Canada, the top blockers among those with only moderate or limited pilot success were data quality (53%) and integration (47%). NetSuite's AI Connector Service lets assistants such as Claude read and update NetSuite records over MCP, within the user's role. Wrapping those writes in approvals and an audit trail still takes engineering.
Buy when a product already handles your workflow, exceptions included. The Diagnostic checks that before anyone writes code, and we say so when the answer is a subscription. Custom work earns its cost where your process differs from the template or where the step has to live inside your ERP. Some steps need neither, and deleting them costs nothing.
We run the security and data review at the start, with your IT or security lead, because a review left to the end can stop a finished build. The review settles which data the model sees and where it is processed. Anything that moves money or carries risk needs human approval, and the system logs every action it takes. Where the system runs, in your cloud account or ours, is agreed in the scope.
We measure the workflow before we change it, then measure the same numbers after go-live. For accounts payable that means cost per invoice, cycle time, touchless rate and exception rate; for support triage, time to first routing and how often tickets get re-routed. Shadow mode adds a direct comparison: the system and your team work the same cases, and we score where they differ. If the numbers do not move, the baseline makes that obvious, and you will hear it from us first.
Project work at DK Studio costs $7,500 for the Deployment Diagnostic and $25,000-$60,000 for the Production Sprint that puts one workflow live. Both prices are fixed, and the Diagnostic fee is credited against the Sprint. The Sprint quote depends on how many systems the workflow touches and what the Diagnostic finds. For comparison, small AI studios quote a paid diagnostic around $5,000-$15,000 and one workflow to production around $25,000-$50,000. Ongoing work runs through an Embedded Engineer at $16,000-$20,000 per month or the AI Team retainer from $3,000 per month.
